They usually end up bending over in pain, or having “the bends.” It’s also known as decompression sickness. Whether or not you love to dive, there may be other conditions you have that can be treated or soothed through hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).

For the baked veggies chips, I recommend making a big batch so you can store them in your pantry for whenever you are craving something salty!
The guacamole is easy to make and will take you less than 5 minutes.
This coconut yogurt is a staple in my household and made without a yogurt maker or Instapot! The texture is rich (but light) and creamy, making it the perfect breakfast or snack. Top it with your favorite berries, and nuts of your choice for a little crunch!
This is also a great healthy dessert option - I recommend adding some Manuka Honey and unsweetened chocolate chips.
