Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and dried
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
½ teaspoon sea salt
Optional: drizzle of allulose syrup and a pinch of cayenne
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss chickpeas with coconut oil, pumpkin spice, and sea salt.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until crunchy.
Add optional drizzle of syrup and cayenne if desired.
