Pumpkin Spice Golden Milk Latte

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk

½ teaspoon turmeric

¼ teaspoon ginger

½ teaspoon pumpkin spice

½ teaspoon coconut oil or ghee

Optional: dash of black pepper


Instructions

Warm the milk in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk in turmeric, ginger, pumpkin spice, and coconut oil.

Simmer gently for 5 minutes, whisking until frothy.

Add a dash of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption before serving.
