1 cup wild frozen blueberries, defrosted
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup walnuts
2 cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the defrosted blueberries, drained chickpeas, walnuts, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency.
