- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey, allulose, monk fruit, or stevia (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple slices and lime wedges for garnish
- Combine the fresh pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut milk, lime juice and sweetener (if desired) in a blender with a handful of ice.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until everything is well combined.
