She recently received the @globalmindedorg 2020 Inclusive Leader Award for Entrepreneurship. We discuss advancing equality for women around the world. At the current rate of progress, the World Economic Forum projects it will take 257 years to close the global gender gap — and that gap is only widening due to the effects of the pandemic. We have to take proactive, bold action if we are going to accelerate change. Collaboration is key; Shelley always says that a person alone has power, but together, we have impact.
