Doug Evans turned his health future around when he discovered the plant-based diet. Since he had his awakening and began his wellness journey, he has learned so much about how to live on a plant-based diet, from the economics to nutrition. You may think of sprouts as a garnish for your meals, but Doug realized their nutritional benefits as vegetables. Sprouts don’t require soil or water to grow but have an abundance of nutrients like protein, probiotics, prebiotics, antioxidants, phytonutrients, and more to fuel your body.

Everything in your body is constructed by what you eat. You are constantly creating microbiological transformations in the body when you put food in your systems.

Doug is an early pioneer in the natural food industry. He has been channeling the power of sprouts and his transformative plans into The Sprout Book and advising tens of thousands of people on the ancient wisdom of sprouts as a food source. He is also the former co-founder of Organic Avenue and founder of Juicero. He is on a mission to make it easy (and affordable!) for everyone to grow their own organic food.
