1. Start with gratitude
Beginning the day with a gratitude practice can make a huge difference in your life. Each morning when you arise, sit in a quiet place and write down at least 3-5 things for which you are grateful. This practice can shift your energy towards love, joy, and abundance.

4. Eat the rainbow
The colors of vegetables and fruits correlate to their phytonutrient content. The more variety you consume, the better!
5. Practice daily meditation
Meditation not only helps to keep blood pressure levels down, it can increase creativity and the ability to connect to your intuition / inner self. Rather than acting out of an emotional response, we can train our brain through meditative practices to react calmly, rationally, and more meaningfully.
